MORE THAN JUST A GAME ICON SET

I have always loved basketball and sports in general. Whether I'm watching them or playing them, they have always been a big part of my life and one of my favorite hobbies. So when I was tasked with creating a set of icons for my semiotics class, I wanted to make them based on the NBA. While I wanted them to be good looking for anybody to look at, I also wanted them to have more meaning to fans of the NBA. The league is filled with notable personalities, nicknames, and moments, so I used these to create my icons. Overall, I was very happy with my icons and I think they turned out great - it was a real test of my illustration and communication through design skills.
