animated lyric video

This was one of my first full length animations I created in after effects. The assignment was to create a 45 second lyric video to a song that conveyed the mood of the song. To do this, I used the popular color palette from A Tribe Called Quest, and tried to make my animations very simplistic, smooth, and playful. Overall I think the animation fits well with the song and it was a blast to work on.
